The trip to Israel

I traveled to Israel in November of 2019.  I had booked hotel rooms that were spread out around the country and then had rented a car so that I would have time to spend in each area to see as much as I could.  After returning, I started working on the video in April of 2020 which I thought at the time, would be just a home movie.  I set out to combine the travel experience together with the Biblical, traditional, and historical information surrounding the places visited.

Christian based theology

There was and is a lot of information.  I felt that this would be a good opportunity to table quality content from some of the best creators that I have found (and there are many out there) for him to consider, as he is currently more of an agnostic in his beliefs regarding an afterlife. 

 

I knew that he would still have many unanswered questions, which was the inspiration for this web site.  I have started with the topics illustrated in the gallery that could cover most of his concerns to get started, it is my hope that this site will continue to grow and evolve.

 

 

 

 

This project was originally going to be just a home movie

As you will be able to see early on, I did not know much about holding or operating a camera, less alone possess the knowledge and the skills necessary to complete a series like this.  The need for updated hardware was also a factor.  I do feel that I have come a long way since its' inception, especially when looking at some of the parts from early on; but I humbly admit that there is still much more room for improvement :)   

This has been a great project for me, I have learned so much in so many different areas, including the strengthening of my Christian faith.  There was so much information that I wanted to table in front of my dad for his consideration... that a series began to take shape.  I let each part take on 'a life of its' own', having more of an interest in providing quality content for him to consider, rather than just highlighting a trip or being more concerned about its' overall length.

Some parts are currently inaccessible to the public, until the permission requests to include the content from the original creators is completed.
